On the morning of August 24, 2018, accompanied by relevant leaders of the Foreign Affairs Office, People's Government of Guangdong Province, a 12-member delegation led by Khamphoy Vannasane, Deputy Governor of Phongsaly Province, Laos visited the Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences (GDAAS). The delegation expressed appreciation for GDAAS' technology achievements, hoping to further strengthen agricultural technology exchanges and cooperation with GDAAS.
