March 17-19th, 2013, Dr. J. Antonio Torres from Oregon State University visited Sericulture & Farm Produce Processing Research Institute of GDAAS. Dr. J. Antonio Torres gave the academic report with the topic of “Novel design procedures for the pressure processing of foods for their commercial pasteurization and sterilization”
Both parts achieved initial intent of cooperation on ultra high pressure sterilization technology used in vegetable and aquatic animal、food risk assessment and other new processing technology.
