糖酵解途径调控香蕉果肉类胡萝卜素合成机制研究

与我院果树研究所合作,通过代谢组学与蛋白质组学关联分析,以及分子生物学手段,初步绘制了香蕉果肉的初级代谢谱,并揭示了糖酵解途径调控香蕉果肉类胡萝卜素合成的可能机制(Food Chemistry,2019, 297:125016)。
